Work Readiness
and Career Services.
Empowering Your Future.
At Eduvos, we prioritise the employability of our students. We understand that Eduvos is only the first step in our students’ professional paths, and therefore, we have taken steps to ensure they are secure after they leave our campuses. We want our students to be work-ready and successful. We are dedicated to equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
Our Mission:
We strive to enhance student employability by providing comprehensive support, industry-relevant training, and strategic networking opportunities. Our goal is to ensure that every graduate is career-ready, confident, and prepared to make a meaningful impact in their chosen field.

What We Offer.
Work Readiness Programmes
Tailored workshops and courses are designed to equip you with essential skills, including CV writing, interview techniques, professional communication, and workplace etiquette.

Career fairs, GradStar Awards, SAGEA Virtual Grad Expo, student showcases, and employer engagement events that connect students with professionals and potential employers.
Employability Support
Access to job opportunities like internships, graduate programmes, learnerships, and entry-level jobs.
Work Integrated Learning (WIL):
At Eduvos, Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is a credit-bearing academic requirement for specific qualifications. Where applicable, WIL provides students with valuable exposure to real-world work environments through structured placements.
Typically running over 2 to 4 weeks, WIL immerses students in the daily operations of a business or organisation. During this period, students complete practical assignments and apply decision-making, problem-solving, and integrated knowledge developed throughout their studies.
Benefits for Host Companies and Students
The WIL programme is mutually beneficial:
- For host companies, it offers access to motivated, soon-to-be graduates who bring fresh perspectives, innovative thinking, and support in meeting operational needs.
- For students, it provides meaningful industry experience, insight into their chosen career path, and opportunities to build professional networks.
If your organisation would like to host an Eduvos student as part of their WIL programme, please email paulette.fortuin@eduvos.com Email Us
